Is there a
speck of truth lying in those lines sung by Chester Bennington when Linkin Park
Brought out their hit single Waiting for
the end? Were his fans being given a preview of what to expect from the
great man himself. Sadly, Chester Bennington is no more. Today the 20thth of
July the entire music fraternity and the fans the world over were greeted with
shocking news of the singers death. The official line is that he committed
suicide at a private residence in Los Angeles. AT 41, Chester Bennington is no more.
Today the
world mourns for a man who created music history with Linkin Park, formed in
1996 and going multi platinum with their very first album “Hybrid Theory”.
Billboard ranked Linkin Park as best artists of the Decade while MTV voted them
the 3rd best band of the new Millennium. Although humanity can never condone
taking one’s life, one should never judge as what ails a man n his mind and
spirit, only he knows and only he suffers alone. To honor Chester and celebrate

Chester was Born Chester Charles Bennington on March 20th 1976. His Mother was a nurse and his Father was a police man.
Before starting out on a professional career, he worked at Burger King and was not financially well off
When he was engaged to Samantha Marie Olit, his first wife, the couple could not afford engagement rings,. So they had rings tattooed on their fingers. Chester went on to marry Samantha on Oct 31, 1996 and they had one child Draven Sebastian Bennington in 2002.
Chester once decided to try his hand at fashion. He started with his own line of clothing in collaboration with Porsche.

According to
Chester Bennington, his worst Linkin park song was One Step Closer, while his favorite was Breaking the Habit
When Chester started touring with Stone Temple Pilots his kids would cry which is why he stopped.
“The only reason why I’m not doing it now is my kids, they would cry every time I would go on the road with STP. When I leave on tour with Linkin Park, they’re like, ‘Okay, we’ll see you when you get back.’ They understand what I’m doing, but when I would leave with STP they would cry”. I basically was like, you know what, I’ve got to stop being selfish here. When I’m not doing Linkin Park, I’ve got to be home with my babies,”
Among the most eerie of facts about Chester Bennington, His best friend was Chris Cornell lead singer for bands of Sound Garden and then Audioslave. It seems a huge coincidence that Chris Cornell also committed suicide and hung himself on May 17 2017. Chester in a tribute to Cornell commented “"I can’t imagine a world without you in it. I pray you find peace in the next life. I send my love to your wife and children, friends and family. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life,” Chester added following Chris's death.
